These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of The Republic of South Africa, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. All prices listed are inclusive of applicable fees unless otherwise stated. Breathe108 is not VAT registered; therefore, no VAT will be charged on any purchases.

Shipping rates are automatically calculated based on the purchaser’s delivery address and will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details from the courier company. You can check the status of your order by following the tracking link or using the tracking number on the courier’s website.
